Order Processing

We process orders Monday through Friday during business hours. Your order will be prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Weekend and holiday orders begin processing the following business day.

You'll receive tracking information via email once your package ships. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within 2 business days.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24-48 hours of purchase and before shipping. Once your order enters our shipping process, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Contact support@himoodies.com immediately if you need to make changes.

Delivery Times

Domestic Orders: Most packages arrive within 5-10 business days, though remote locations may take up to 15 business days.

International Orders: Delivery typically takes 10-21 business days. Additional delays may occur due to customs processing, and customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

All timeframes are estimates based on typical carrier performance and are not guaranteed.

Address Requirements

Accurate shipping information is essential for successful delivery. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers. This includes:

  • Wrong street addresses or postal codes
  • Missing apartment or suite numbers
  • Outdated shipping information

If an incomplete address causes delivery issues, we'll help coordinate pickup from your local postal facility, though additional fees may apply.

Package Protection

Lost Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout for additional protection.

Shipping Insurance: When you purchase shipping insurance, your order is fully insured against loss or damage during transit. If your insured package is lost or damaged, contact us at support@himoodies.com to initiate your insurance claim.

Delivered Packages: Once tracking confirms delivery, the package is considered successfully delivered. We are not responsible for theft after delivery confirmation.

Undelivered Packages: Items held for pickup at postal facilities are not eligible for replacement shipments.

Delivery Confirmation: Orders are considered successfully delivered when tracking shows "delivered" status at the shipping address provided. Customers are responsible for providing secure delivery locations, arranging package retrieval from delivery locations, and monitoring tracking information for delivery updates. Claims of non-delivery must be reported within 48 hours of tracking confirmation with supporting evidence.

International Shipping

International customers should expect longer delivery times due to customs processing. Import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs.

Some countries may have restrictions on supplement imports. Please verify your local regulations before ordering.
