Can I cancel my order? +

Absolutely, but you'll need to act fast! We can only cancel orders within the first 24-48 hours and before they've shipped out. Just send us your order number right away. You can see more in our Shipping Policy

Why hasn't my tracking updated? +

Your package is on its way from overseas! Here's what those status messages mean:

  • "In Transit to the next facility" - Your package is heading to a processing center in your country
  • "Waiting for shipping carrier to update tracking information" - The carrier has your package but hasn't scanned it into their system yet

Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking to update. If there's no update after that timeframe, reach out to us and we'll provide you with an order update.

These tracking gaps are completely normal for international shipments!

How long does shipping take? +

Your order will arrive within the following timeframes from the date your order ships:

North America: 7-15 business days
Rest of World: 10-15 business days

I haven't received my tracking information yet, what should I do? +

Don't worry! Tracking emails go out within 2 business days of shipping. Check your spam folder first, and if it's still missing, drop us a line.

My package shows delivered but I didn't receive it, what now? +

Start by checking with neighbors or your building's front desk. While we consider it delivered once tracking confirms it, we're here to help you figure out next steps. See our shipping policy

What if my product arrives damaged or defective? +

We've got you covered! Just reach out within 7 days with your order number and some photos of the issue, and we'll send you a replacement free of charge. You can see more in our Refund Policy.
